Electrical Superintendent
Dotson Electric Company is seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Electrical Superintendent to lead the field execution of commercial electrical projects ranging from $2 million to $20 million and beyond. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on managing crews, solving problems in the field, and delivering high-quality work safely and on schedule.
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for daily field operations, safety compliance, schedule management, quality control, labor coordination, and communication with Project Managers, General Contractors, and clients. You will play a critical role in building successful teams and ensuring every project is completed with excellence.
We’re looking for a candidate with strong commercial electrical construction experience, proven leadership ability, and a willingness to travel nationally for project assignments.
