We believe that every employee is entitled to a safe and healthy place in which to work. Our organization considers accident prevention to be of prime importance to our employees and the public. Many owners and general contractors will not allow organizations with EMR ratings of over 1.0 to bid, much less provide construction services. Our EMR is and continues to be well under those requirements and we continually strive to improve our rating.
We have a corporate safety officer designated to administer our safety program. The coordinator provides education materials and safety training in addition to the weekly safety meetings held on each job site.
